- - 1.250 kg potatoes
- - 600 g whole milk
- - 600 g + 200 g fresh cream 35% fat
- - 50 g unsalted butter
- - Salt / Pepper
- - Ground Nutmeg
- - 4 choped cloves of garlic
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
Put potatoes with milk 30 cl and 30 cl of liquid full cream in a saucepan. Add chopped garlic. Seasoning (salt / pepper and nutmeg), add a knob of butter.
Bring to a boil then lower the heat and cook for about twenty minutes. Place them in the baking dish.
Let cool down then add 20 cl cream. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Just check if it’s cooked with a knife.
